Online Consultations

Our online service offers the ability to consult a GP, nurse or other member of the the practice team online about non-urgent isses or queries. We will respond to online consultations within two working days. If you need a same-day response, please call us on 01325 374332.

This is a web-based service, and can be accessed here.

Once you access the web-page, it will guide you through a series of options, questions, and self-help information, to help you to decide on how quickly you need help, and how best to get that help. Depending on your needs, and the type of support that you require from the practice, you may be asked to make a face-to-face appointment. We may contact you via telephone, or even message you directly, through the Engage Consult platform if that is your preferred option

Please note that Engage Consult is NOT for ordering repeat prescriptions. You can continue to do this through SystmOnline here.
